'Warwick Thornton and producer Kath Shelper will team up again as part of an ambitious global film project emanating from a Mexican cinema project that will explore the themes of religion, sexuality, politics and drug addiction. Thornton will film his segment in Alice Springs in January with Shelper producing through Scarlett Pictures. Thornton's involvement stems from his long-term relationship with Arriaga, whom he first met through Screen Australia's indigenous branch's Long Black Feature Lab.'
