AbstractHistoryArchive Description

The writer for the Sydney Herald contends that publishing activity in the colony of New South Wales has received favourable treatment in the English press and that this proves an interest in the affairs of the colony by 'a large portion of the reading public in the Mother Country'. Ongoing publishing, the writer argues, will 'keep alive the favorable impression made by former writers'.
