Henry M. Chester v. E. C. M. Draper, for criminal libel. Trial to be held in Townsville on 27 April, 1887. The prisoner was released on £50 bail and two sureties of £25 each. W. D. Hobson was fined twenty shillings for non-attendance as a witness.
