Tenebres (translated as Darkness or Dark) was established in 1998 as a quarterly journal devoted to the fantastic. It contained a variety of high-quality stories, interviews, critical articles, reviews, and notices by both French and non-speaking authors. After publishing two issues in 2000 and three in 2001 the magazine folded.
