Beautiful Sonnets, Falconbridge , single work criticism
An appreciation of sonnet writing. The work includes a poem each by English poets John Clare (1793-1864), Mrs Charlotte Smith, Leigh Hunt (1784-1859), Sir Samuel Egerton Brydges (1762-1837), Samuel Taylor Coleridge (1772-1834), Richard Hewitt, Thomas Pringle (1789-1834) and Nicholas Michell, two poems by John Keats (1795-1821), one poem by the American poet Wlliam Cullen Bryant (1794-1878) as well as the poem by Henry Halloran (q.v.) listed above.
