A column canvassing current literary news including John Birmingham on Twitter calling for writing help for deadline challenges, the Australian Writer's Marketplace Writing Race, a self-directed, one-hour writing session done in the company of your online peers as part of a Forum convened by a Race Captain, National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) and the Rabbit Hole a thirty hour, three day writing frenzy to produce at least 30,000 words or to type THE END, whatever comes first! Writers set their own challenge and limit.
