He will be replaced by 'two gentlemen', currently on their way from England, who will jointly manage the literary department of The Argus.

Review of the burlesque 'Lalla Rookh', performed the previous evening at the Princess Theatre in a 'splendid manner'. The reviewer states that the 'production of this class of entertainment is a ticklish experiment on the diggings' and wishes the management the success it deserves.
