  • On the 17 February 2011, REDgroup announced that the Australian bookshop chain Angus & Robertson, the New Zealand chain of bookshops and stationery stores, Whitcoulls, and the Australian arm of the overseas bookshop chain, Borders, were placed into voluntary administration.
