Notes

  • Comprises 4 selections: 'The Dream,' 'Mothers Courage,' 'Clamshell Kay' and 'Madness, Lemon Delicious and St Joan.'
  • Author's note: These selections are designed to give the reader a feeling for the texture and scope of the work for the theatre. They are only four of a larger number which will be taken further in a workshop. The Final Form is unrevealed. The Interstices are yet to be discovered.

The actors, three women (one under thirty, the other two over forty) and two men (one over forty and the other under thirty) will discover during the workshop process where they belong in the structure. Silver is the main character and this is her journey.

The structure or form of the 'theatre' is yet to be determined through workshop process between director, writer and actors. If one has trouble visualising this form then allow the imagination to run riot with the feeling of the spiralling energy in the form of the infinity symbol; the play begins with Silver, planted firmly in her own space, her mind is blown away like a winged seed into the realm of the mirror, the past, the future, she encounters visions, relations, animals, dreams, all weaving the threads of their consciousness into hers, finally creating the completed picture.
