Notes

  • Author's note: Every map in every country in the world is covered with the names of people who have dared to explore, to lead the way. The same is true of pastoral country. Paddocks, dams, troughs, windmills wells and bores, corners of paddocks are all marked on pastoral maps. We lived on Uno station for eight years. The maps of the station are peopled with the names of faceless men.
