Notes:

1. The 2005 screenplay draft by Ford and O'Donohue was submitted to Screen Australia's Indivision Script Lab in 2008 and accepted for financing through the IndiVision Production Fund. The filmmakers then had to independently raise the remaining $2.7 million budget. This was eventually found through Screen NSW, FSM and Fulcrum Media Finance.
