Moving up to a Broader Stage, Robin Usher , single work column
Robin Usher reports on Amelia Roper's success in winning a postgraduate scholarship to Yale University to study theatre. Roper is interested in researching the ways that theatre can offer an alternative national vision. She notes the success of US theatre in incorporating migrant and other minority cultures on the stage (as opposed to Australia's experience in this area).
