The Queensland Magazine was a monthly literary publication which briefly appeared in 1862. It consisted of works by colonial contributors. The first issue appeared in July, 1862, with a further two issues appearing in August and September. Whilst the Queensland Magazine had strong Courier connections, it was not a monthly version of the Courier. Some information on its content can be gained via the advertisements for the various issues which appeared in the Courier.
