'Sam Sullivan is delighted when his dad renovates an old scooter for him. It looks great, but the handlebars aren't quite finished. They are still hollow, and the grips haven't been put on. Sam decides to fill the spaces with his fingers - and then he finds that he can't get them out. Sam is permanently attached to his scooter, and he can't do anything at all!'
