The main subject of this article is SlowTV, the online video hub which is part of The Monthly's website. It also features a video of Richard Flanagan's address at the 2009 Sydney Writers' Festival, in which he argues against proposed changes to copyright laws that would allow the parellel importation of books into Australia.
