Lucius Conolly and his wife Jennie Conolly regularly travelled from Melbourne, Victoria, to Europe and Asia in the 1930s and wrote of their experiences. A typescript of a travel series written by Lucius Conolly in 1938 for the ABC was never broadcast. The typescript, with additional material from press cuttings of the time, was recorded by his son Nicolas Conolly in 2009.
