At this very moment in London the advance-guard of the Feminist Movement are smoking cigars in public (pledged to do so, regardless of consequences, by a solemn oath), wearing black velvet dinner jackets, cut masculine-fashion, and of course, the Eton crop. Civilisation holds up in its hands in horror, and there is talk of 'the last days' and 'the wrath to come.'
