  • Epigraph: The jelly paused for a moment, brilliant in its splendour, its turrets gleaming, its towers towering - then it began to walk towards the edge of the plate. It spread on all sides until the rim of the plate curved upwards, then it stopped... what should have been two exquisite jelly castles had become two huge pink breasts with cherry nipples.

    At any time my grandmother was a resourceful woman and in an emergency she was doubly so. She took up the pastry tube that Maggie had filled with whipped cream and swiftly she put those mighty breasts into a whipped-cream bra.
