AbstractHistoryArchive Description

Frank Martin's grandfather, Jiller-rii, knew a great deal about 'traditional' Aboriginal life. He knew where to find kangaroos and turkeys and he also passed on his Dreaming stories.

Here, Frank Martin gives us the background to the story of Min-Na-Wee and why the crocodile rolls. The story is from the GWINI people who come from the Broome area in Western Australia. Sourced: http://www.dreamtime.net.au/exp_minnawee/index.cfm (Sighted 12/05/2009)
