AbstractHistoryArchive Description

The narrative concerns Alan Richards, the sole survivor of a pearling lugger wrecked during a typhoon. He sets out to recover the pearls, travelling across the island. His adventures as he treks through the thick jungle include trying to avoid being killed by the island's head-hunting inhabitants.

Notes

  • The script for Typhoon Treasure had originally belonged to Efftee Film Productions. While credit was taken by John P. McLeod, it is likely that Noel Monkman also contributed to the final version.
