  • The following pantomimic sketch was submitted to the lesee of the Victoria, who found it much too good to be acted. The author, therefore, has no alternative but to request the Public to feel satisfied with reading it. It is called: Harlequin Governor; or, The Wizard of Van Diemen's Land
