The story of the school-holiday adventures of Fatty Finn and his motley crew of mates - Lolly Legs, Stingy, Seasy, Skeet and Tilly - as they deal with the bully Bruiser Murphy and his gang. The story is interspersed with 'notes' from Fatty's school essay 'What I Did On My Holidays'. Based on the cartoons by Syd Nicholls.
