  • World premiere held at the Seymour Centre, Sydney, 23 February - 15 March 2008. Director: Kim Hardwick. Later produced during the New York Musical Theatre Festival, 15-24 September 2008. Revised version produced by Magnormos at Theatre Works, Melbourne, Victoria, 16 - 28 May 2011. Directed by Shaun Kingma.
