AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'When Nick Craig, his father and a young friend embarked on a schooner bound for Australia, they had little idea of the grim adventures awaiting them. By a pre-arranged plan, several of the passengers aboard the schooner took control of the vessel and forced the captain and others into captivity. Their idea was to bomb and destroy a secret rocket range in the Australian plains with bombs shipped on board from a lonely bay in Palestine.

'On arrival in Australia, Nick and his party, who had fallen foul of the leader of the gang, were forced at the point of a gun to dig their own graves - but were saved at the last moment by one of the gang who proved to be a Secret Service agent. However, this escape was really only the beginning of many thrilling adventures in their combined efforts to stop the gang's dastardly plot to destroy the vital government rocket range.'
