  • Editor's note: In Legislative Council, on item - Aid to ferry between Hobart and Kangaroo Point [12 pounds] - Mr Coote then mysteriously intimated that he had a scheme on foot for bridging the river, and stated that he would probably see the Chief Secretary about it at a future date.
