A series of novels based on Robert Howard's character Cormac Mac Art: named after one of the historical High Kings of Ireland, Howards' Cormac Mac Art is a Gael who sails with a band of Vikings during the era of King Arthur.

All in all, Andrew J. Offutt wrote six novels about Cormac Mac Art. Only the last two, which were co-written with Australian author Keith Taylor, are individually indexed on AustLit.
