AbstractHistoryArchive Description

The book is structured in two parts. The first provides socio-historical background on the migration and contributions of Hispanic Australians to Victoria. The second part, based on interviews, is comprised of biographical accounts of Hispanic Australians living in Victoria.

  • The publication is in both Spanish and English, in two sections, with page numbers beginning at 1 for each section.

  • Dedication: To my son, Rodrigo, and to my daughter, Isabel and to Mark and Leonor Gonzo, my other son and daughter. To my brother Jesus and my sisters Isabel, Milagros, Asuncion and Rosario.

    In memory of my parents Jesus Torres and Milagros Hornero.
