  • This story appeared in Sandy's Selection (the book) as Chaper XIII, Jimmy Parker's Holiday.
  • This story originally appeared in The Bulletin in 1904 titled simply 'Sandy's Selection' (without a subtitle). It was published in The Bulletin again in 1959 (again without a subtitle) as part of the 'Queensland Centenary Pageant', which included a retrospective of Queensland related items that had appeared in the magazine over the years.
