A wife, missing her life in the city and being able to buy pretty things, steals a scarf that she longs for from a hawker. When the hawker comes back to find it she thinks her husband has lied to protect her, but is soon disappointed.
A girl is forbidden by her father to attend parties because he disapproves of modern life. She manages to deceive him for some time, but is eventually found out.
