Author's note: Though only recently arranged in its present form the matter in this book was actually written in Brussels two years ago. During those two yeras tremendous events have taken place in the world. There was naturally a great temptation to re-write parts at least of the book in the light of these events. But I decided against that. Some of the forecasts in the book seem to have hit the mark, whilst others have failed to do so. But I am letting them all stand as they were written. I have never claimed for myself the gift of prophecy, at least, not since I was very young. A.D.M.
