Biographical item on Vance and Nettie Palmer, who were then living at Caloundra, north of Brisbane. Includes photos of both Vance and Nettie Palmer. Notably, 'Verity' mentions Vance Palmer's writing routine. According to 'Verity', he had been writing 'for months on end, with hardly a break except for an occasional walking tour with his wife'. At the time, Palmer was writing The Passage. This item appeared in 'Verity's' weekly column 'The Passing Show'.
