AbstractHistoryArchive Description

Jack and Tom Gilbert are looking after their cattle property while their father is away. A herd of brumbies scares away some of their best steers, so they set out to find them. Along the way, they meet up with a local trooper, who is chasing some Aborigines who have murdered a cattle farmer, along with his wife and children, following an incident over some stolen cattle. Before long, Jack and Tom encounter the gang. Will they ever make it home alive?
