      Edition info:

Stated on title page as second edition, but no institutional holdings of, or reference to, a first edition have been traced. The format of the book - the errata page being part of the gathering and the title page a left hand rather than a right hand one - suggests that it is a second printing rather than a second edition, with the first printing possibly been withdrawn from circulation, or never actually issued, an errata page printed, the first gathering rearranged and the book issued as a 'second edition'. A printed flier of opinions of the South Australian Press is bound into the sighted copy, and in this the book is described as '2nd and enlarged edition', but the acuracy of this could be questioned.

      Written as: D. C. F. Moodie.
