  • The Queenslander notes : 'We are indebted to Mr. E. Munns, Mitchell, for the following verses, composed some twenty-eight years ago by Mr. Robert Mcakie. [sic] Some slight alterations were necessary to restore the metre, but the words have changed as little as possible.'
