The stories and poems in Time Will Tell are entries in the Toowoomba Education Centre's Self-Publishing Competition, which invited aspiring authors from Toowoomba and the Darling Downs region to submit short literary pieces on the theme of 'Past/Present and/or Future'. The collection includes poetry, fiction and non-fiction, including autobiographical accounts, family histories and correspondence.
