AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'"A Sheaf of Stories for the Centennial Year" is the title of a volume just published by W.M. Maclardy of George-street. The stories were written for the centenary year, by Frank J. Donohue. There are seven or eight of them in all, and they are well written, free from many of the blemishes which too often characterise Australian stories, and will doubtless find many readers in the coming festive season.'
