Sequence of twelve numbered and individually titled poems. Douglas Sladen in his anthology A Century of Australian Song (1888) included two other poems, 'Morning in the Bush' and 'Justice' as parts XIII an XIV of this sequence but these poems appear, separately, not as part of the sequence, in William Sharp's selected work Earth's Voices (1884).
