  • Author's note: Doctor Bob McInerney, Sydney, visited Springdale to have a look at life on a cattle station. He certainly gave our ringers (stockmen) a lesson in the art of handling wild cattle. One of the ringers remarked, 'If he is as good a doctor he'll do me.'
