AbstractHistoryArchive Description

In light of the seeming marginalisation of poetry and religion in the Australian community of the early twenty-first century, John Foulcher reflects on 'the roles of poet and priest in human affairs' and on 'the possibility of our shared future'. He contends that 'to be more distinctly themselves and to serve humanity more completely, religion and poetry need each other.'
