Notes
Dedication: For David and for my Mother, as well, this book is dedicated to Edie Moore, nee Worrall, dec'd, whose story so vividly told, of, amongst other things, her time at the Moore River Native Settlement, introduced me to a world I'd not known existed. For setting me on this path, and for her trust and friendship I give thanks.
