A report on Mark O'Connor's decision to update the language of Shakespeare in order to make his plays more accessible to twenty-first century audiences. Due to its strong anti-war message, O'Connor decided to begin with Troilus and Cressida; he hopes to work on all 40 of Shakespeare's plays, beginning with the 10 that are most difficult for modern audiences.
