A new French master, Flavelle, arrives at Willoughby House boarding school. The boys at first get along well with the teacher, but soon upset him with a schoolboy prank. As relationships become strained, the boys form a committee to decide what to do. Is Flavelle over-reacting, or are the boys being cruel?
