  • Dust jacket (1942) has quotes attributed to Daily Telegraph ("How cleverly Maysie Greig has woven this story to march with the modern outlook.") and Birmingham Gazette ("Some girls prefer a man to protect them, others like to do the protecting themselves. Paula Redmond tried both methods, and her reactions are cleverly woven into an interesting novel by one of the best love story writers of the day.") - not yet traced.
