AbstractHistoryArchive Description

A tiny cigarette-smoking London artist, Miss Cheerison, is visited by the purchaser of her picture exhibited at the Royal Academy. He is in search of the model and wants the portrait altered - the first wish is satisfied, the second declined. Light humorous piece with a touch of bohemian feminism. (PB)
