Reports briefly on the Preamble Project initiated by James Bradley. The project, supported by the Australian Republican Movement, offers six versions of a preamble to the Australian constitution. The authors who each contributed a preamble are: James Bradley, Richard Flanagan, Delia Falconer, Dorothy Porter, Leah Purcell and Peter Carey.
