Domestic escapade in France. A husband escapes to a masked ball despite his mother-in-law's suspicions. He dances with an enchanting Moorish woman who he steals away with to a garden - only to discover she is his very mother-in-law. Humour (with sexual overtones, undercurrents.) (PB)
