Notes

  • Dedication: I dedicate these Random Thoughts to comrades I have known, to those on earth and those who've passed, and reached their heavenly home.
  • AustLit note: The 'Old Contemptibles' was an association formed from the British Expeditionary Force that fought during World War I in France and Flanders between 5 August and 22 November 1914. Their first stand was on the outskirts of Mons in 1914 against Von Kluck.
