Production Details

  • In the Preface the author refers to the play being performed in Adelaide with the Governor of South Australia, Admiral Sir Day Hort Bosanquet, in attendance. No dates are given; however, some scenes were produced in Adelaide at the Lyric Club in which the role of Queen Elizabeth was performed by Mrs Powis Stuart.
