Notes

  • Author's note: This play originated, as so many of my others have done, by accident - a chance remark at a meeting. 'no-one writes thrillers any more. All modern plays have to have a message...' and later '...All the Christian plays worth doing have been done...' Jokingly, I offered to combine the two into a Christmas thriller, never really thinking that I would....The story is about blackmail and murder. The theme is about feelings and emotions which govern us all, for better or for worse....

Production Details

  • First produced at the Brisbane Arts Theatre during the Queensland Festival of Arts, May 1974. Typescript dated 1973 at FL.
