AbstractHistoryArchive Description

Pip and Pepita Mouse and their children, Violet, Emily, Agnes and Jonathan, live in a tiny home in a mossy bank near a village church. One cold, wet night, their home is invaded by a family of green frogs. The mouse family departs, but has trouble finding new lodgings because all of the usual mouse haunts are filled with refugees from the bombed towns in the area. They finally make their home in a cosy village church, where baby Angel is born.
